Project 5 Task 1
What are the benefits of blogging for students?
Students benefit from the act of blogging because they are able to use their creativity to create their own independent content. Teachers will encourage students to take control of their own education if they challenge them to create their own content using their own thoughts as a blog typically does. In addition to the obvious benefits of creative writing and critical thinking, blogs will allow students to collaborate with their peers through comments on the blog. Also, students will be able to elicit differing thoughts and opinions that will not be their teacher and hopefully with be seen as less intrusive to their academics.
